The program works 100%. Lost 70 lbs in 6 months, kept it off over 2 1/2 years now, I’m over 50, feel young as ever. But can’t give higher star because it cost $1,300month($325 a week) and food options are extremely limited.

SOTA was dishonest and held unrealistic expectations, and owes me money. SOTA asked me to post my progress on Instagram and offered to pay me for three months. I agreed. After ten days they informed me that they would end the agreement because they didn't see new leads. New leads were not part of the agreement, and were also unlikely until sufficient time had passed to see progress.
