First time at that location. Isabel was my stylist, I got a haircut, eye brow waxing and bought some shampoo and conditioner and an anti-frizz serum! I walked in looking like the first picture and walked out looking like the second picture! I wanted it touching my shoulders, but if you measure with thicker naturally curly/wavy so you have to account for bounce up when it dries!! The girls at Sota Styles are friendly and do a fantastic job!
The manager there does not act like a manager. I set up 2 weeks ago to get my hair done at 1 o'clock. And they s*** and the lady that does the appointments on the phone. She switched me from 1 to 130 because they had favoritism going on and not salon so I will no longer be going there anymore.
