Both of my parents needed to move into assisted living suddenly. Reached out to a few different cash offer companies. Sota Home Buyers was the only reasonable offer we found. The house sold for 5k less than we wanted but it needed a ton of work. They didn't low ball me like Lindahl. Worked with Pete and Matt. Super friendly easy to understand everything. Flexible move out date whatever me and my family needed they did for us. We left a ton of stuff behind also with no extra charge they got rid of it all for us.
