I have been training with SOTA for several months, and it has been a great experience. The trainers are all skilled, supportive and very nice. Also, the atmosphere is very inviting - it's nice just to be able to drive up to the facility, be greeted by several people who have gotten to know me, and be able to start immediately. The app makes it easy to schedule and keep track of appointments. In other words, SOTA removes barriers to starting and maintaining a workout routine. I recommend it very highly.
I’m approaching four months of workouts with the SOTA crew, and I could not be happier. After start-stopping many different exercise programs in my 30’s and early 40’s, I decided to try something new. I've enjoyed getting to know quite a few of the coaches and they are all really good. The facility is very accommodating to my schedule, which is a subtle perk but very much appreciated. I do have to give a shout out to Coach Sean! He does a great job keeping tabs on how my training is going and helping me adjust things as needed. He's attentive and encouraging, but gives you space to "just do".
I've been training with Sean at Sota Fitness for the past year. He has been great at tailoring workouts to help me with my goals of building strength and improving my running performance. Sean pushes me just the right amount while ensuring proper form making every workout both challenging and effective. I highly recommend Sean and Sota Fitness to anyone looking for personal training.
