The depth of flavour in the sot rice is special, and you can tell the quality and care that went into it from the first bite. All the other dishes we tried were sensational as well. Major bonus points for how gluten friendly it is - basically everything on the menu can be GF with minimal modifications. Will absolutely be back soon!
Food was good— we ordered the eggplant, duck, the featured crab rice, and the kimchi on the side. The only thing we ate that we felt had ‘Korean’ flavour was the kimchi. The flavour of the duck was good but the meat was quite tough. The eggplant was good but again did not taste at all like a Korean dish. The crab rice was very disappointing— largely flavourless except for the soy sauce, and it was supposed to contain garlic butter but did not have enough fat in it to have a noticeable umami flavour. We walked past the door a couple of times before figuring it out. I'm glad that we did. The flavors of everything was amazing. Kayla was a great server.
Amazing experience with a fantastic group of staff. We had a large private gathering and they were extremely accommodating.
