Try the 'Hostile Takeover' which mixes Soba noodles with Bulgogi beef, broccoli, mushrooms and Shishito peppers in a soy broth or the 'S.U.V,' which is the make-your-own-bowl version. Great place to eat... from the service to the staff to the chef and owners. I've dine there every time I head to Flagstaff and am always more than satisfied. Unexpected menu... and they always have something new up their sleeves food-wise. Looking forward to their opening in downtown Phoenix.
