Such a fantastic shop to deal with! I came in on a Saturday morning without an appointment and needed to mount a new tire, which I provided. They got me in and replaced the tire, checked the chain tension, lubricated the chain and even washed the bike before returning it to me! I’ve purchased two bikes from SoSo and highly recommend them. They’ve got the best stock, bikes and gear, in the PNW. As a female, I felt accepted there and everybody was very friendly.
I Hate Dealerships. SoSo Changed That. I walked into SoSo expecting the usual dealership grind. Instead, I left with a 1200 GS and a grin I can’t wipe off. Jeff was straight-up solid. No pressure, no fluff just real knowledge and zero games. Brendan, the GM, keeps the place running smooth. I thought I had a problem he made it go away with no stress.
