SoSo Cycles in Tacoma earned my business today. Despite living quite a ways north, I called SoSo when a friend recommended them. My experience with Jon B in sales made it well worth the drive down. It was refreshing to visit a shop that actually cares. They have a great facility, lots of inventory, are knowledgeable about their brands (BMW, Ducati, Triumph), and care about the motorcycling sport and industry. My motorcycle recentlly sold through SoSo. Some confusion did occur regarding the commission% and ultimate payment to me. Thanks to the reasonableness of Markus, we were able to work things out with a fair solution. Though SoSo is a corporation, they are working hard to retain that mom and pop mind set.
We’ve bought three bikes from here so far. They’re great about handling warranty issues that may arise. Parts department is on point and in my experience, cheaper than any other vendor for both Ducati and aftermarket parts. The sales team does a stellar job, and all around: you’re made to feel welcome and not pressed to make any decisions.
