Hi I've been to this dealership many times and had many good experiences . Today my husband was picking his bike up from service . We decided to look at a new bike for him. We got to the point of the numbers on the new bike when we were informed that we would need to pay for the trade ins bike service work $1100 on top of the 30k plus motorcycle were thinking of purchasing . Had a bike shipped up from their Concord, CA location. My first Ducati, 2023 Hypermotard 950, with only 450 miles. Good experience and customer service. My only concern or criticism is when the bike was delivered it wasn't cleaned or anything, just kinda rolled outta the showroom and into the bed of my truck. However, positive I did a better job detailing it myself Thanks to Devon and the SoSo cycles crew for helping me get the bike I've wanted for over a decade
Really nice! Everything is pristine and the employees give it more of a passion feel than that of just a job to them. We were window shopping for my son's first bike and it was a great experience. One of the salesmen took so much time and care in talking about anything and everything he had questions about. After already visiting several other retailers, SoSo definitely took the crown and left the best of lasting impressions.

Incredible group of people that treat you like family! I've been in multiple times, some just to browse and some to finally purchase a motorcycle, but one thing never changes, and that's being welcomed and treated like a part of the family. Great folks here at SoSo, I wouldn't hesitate to check them out if they have something you're interested in, or even just curious about. Best customer service I've experienced in quite some time.
