I had a great experience purchasing my motorcycle from SoSoCycles. My sales rep Jon Bizjak was very professional and friendly from the moment we exchanged emails inquiring about the bike to the time I walked into the store and met him in person. He answered all my questions promptly and the transaction was smooth and fair. This store has a great selection of BMW, Triumphs and Ducati’s at competitive pricing. Bought 1 soon to be 2 bikes from SoSo and have had my bike serviced a few times and I’ve always been taken care of! Sales and service do a good job and communicate well.
Great sales person Poor financial, can't buy a bike unless you're insurance workers on Saturday. Lost the bike i was buying, even with payer busses. My insurance company said WOW! But I had a great sales man. And it was a good bike ( it belongs to someone that has week days off) I was passed!
I brought my 2012 BMW GSA to So So for a fuel pump recall. Kieth, the service manager explained the process to me and showed me my old pump after the repair. I knew the rear main seal was leaking on my engine and had been waffling on what shop I was going to bring it to. After talking with keith, South Sound gained my confidence, and I had them do the job. Communication during the job was good. Keith emailed me photos of the flywheel and pressure plate.
