Always a good experience here whether you are looking for a new or used bike. A very good selection of European bikes, a decent stock of riding gear from helmets to boots. A good parts counter and a service department. Good sales staff, no pressure but if you do have questions they will be more than happy to help. They have always been very helpful to me over the years.
I had a great experience at SoSo Tacoma! I barely made it in the door and was promptly greeted with a warm welcome. Salesperson Devin was very polite and informative and addressed all of my questions. Dave in Parts was a huge help and he gave me a great deal on some Ducati merch. I'll be back again soon and hope to spend more time with these guys!
Always receive friendly service and a no pressure atmosphere. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Ready to give advice, tips and just have great conversations on riding and routes to travel. Will continue to visit this store even if not needing service Overall a great business with great people.
Not happy with the price of turning off the service light $97 is too much never again I figured out a way to do it myself thanks.
