Sylwia has magic hands, there’s no doubt about it. Her style is very caring and professional. She was also able to further assist me with my pain post car accident with some much-needed dry needling. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional remedial massage.
I was looking for a local massage therapist & saw Sylwia's reviews. They stood out to me, her approach goes well beyond a relaxing massage. Her ability to listen, diagnose and treat the issue is superb. Better still her instructions and practical aftercare exercises are customised specifically to you. Can't recommend her highly enough.
I had a problem with my upper back for a few days and thought it may take several sessions to get things sorted. After 1 session at Sosna I was back at the gym after a good night’s sleep. And now I have regular sessions with Syl as a prevention. It turns out I wasn’t training my back muscles properly and now my technique and posture have improved greatly with the specific stretches and training tips.
I was recommended Sylwia by friends. She’s amazing and knows the body so well. She got to my tight spots and I felt so refreshed after it. Also did dry needling for the first time with her and it was amazing. I’ll be back for some more needles and massages.
It’s a real shame you can’t give more stars, Sylwia is a master of her craft and knows exactly where to push/pull and just how hard to press. She’s also fantastic at helping you get a better grasp on what you can do to help yourself outside of the sessions with her. 5 stars just doesn’t do her justice!
