I want to express major dissatisfaction and concern for how I was handled and treated as a paying customer on this past Sunday, May 23. I had booked this makeup appointment on April 15th, which was over a month in advance of the the appointment. I received a text the day before asking if I could come at 10am as opposed to 9am, which was my appointment time. I stated I wouldn't be able to do that.
