Called CAA for a tow when my motorcycle battery died on my way to Port Dover. SOS Towing was dispatched. Adam was great, got me home safe. 👌
I had a high end car stuck in the mud and Dave was able to help get the car unstuck without causing any damage. He was super responsive, friendly, calm and very professional and help get me out of a real jam.
I locked my keys in my truck and wasn't close enough to home to get my spares so I called CAA and they sent out Jeff Cook. It didn't take him long to show up, and was able to get my truck unlocked within minutes. He was polite, courteous, and friendly.
Yesterday evening, we contacted CAA due to our vehicle not starting. They told us that the tow truck would be there within 2 hours which was fine as we needed to travel back to where the car was. SOS Towing was contacted by CAA, and showed up wirhin 10 minutes. Out of the confusion of us not being there, the SOS team- dispatch and driver - waited at the house for us, which they didn't need to do.
