If I could give them 10stars I would. This morning, I sent out a couple messages and emails requesting a quote for a tow. We needed to move our dirty little broken-down car from the lake to Roanoke. Upon arrival my husband explained to me that Isiah, the young man who was driving the tow truck got out of his car, shook his hand off the bat and explained who he was and why he was there. SOS offers an exceptionally professional and efficient towing service. When my son was in an accident, they responded promptly and helped ease a very stressful situation. Isaiah and his team were incredible throughout the entire process. I highly recommend their services.
Very happy with their service!! We thought we would need a tow, but it ended up we only needed a jump. Great service and was open and available when needed! I will be using them again.
Mechanics were super nice. Did what they promised no surprise hidden cost. I feel they were honest and I will not bring my car anywhere else from now on
