Poor customer service. Ordered on 23 July and had to call Aug 6 to find out my order was cancelled due to an in house fruad program. Glad others had good experience with SOS, not me.

I have always had excellent customer service from SOS and I recommend them every chance I get. They are my number 1 stop for my emergency supplies! Their parking lot sale in June is the must attend event!
This is my number one stop for emergency preparedness supplies. They offer classes and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They have a once a year sidewalk sale which I highly recommend. Anything you might need to be prepared for a disaster situation is right here at a reasonable price
