Absolutely disgusting business. Ghost’s participants when they question SC’s inability to manage invoices, will make NDIA decisions without consulting clients, deliberate lies to NDIA. Systemic abuse is easier than dealing with clients issues, unfortunately if you’re articulate enough to question mismanagement of services, you’re a liability in their eyes. This business also operated under Icare plan management, Icare support services, sos support services. Multiple names, same dodgy offenders. Run!!!!!!! 0/stars
The cleaner never shows up and calls last minute that the cleaner is not coming today bloody useless get yourselfs together

I just had to say what a great job Esra did 2 years ago for me What a spotless cleaner and a wonderfull person Esra always give 110 percent to her work She often did extra !5 min to help me out My dog Mickey loved her I have a large home of 4 bedrooms 2 bath No problem at all A inspirational person .I wish she still was my cleaner
You don't get the hours you pay for and 1 of their cleaners blew up my steam mop and SOS won't return my emails. I did call and told they'd get back to me but never have. Just not worth what they put me through
