Two years ago Charlie did a great job on my deck and he deserved the full credit. Fast, hardworking and the deck was pristine after he sanded and painted on it. I left him 10% than he originally asked as tip and I made sure to leave a 5 star review on here and other platforms. However, the situation changed drastically this year. I was very pleased with the siding repair job that SOS Siding Repair Group LLC completed and for the excellent work Charlie and his team provided…to not only replace and paint the damaged soffit and siding, but the corrections Charlie made to install flashing solutions to redirect water drainage to the gutters was outstanding…because Charlie got at the root cause of the water damage problem. Excellent work, great communication skills, prompt service, and at a reasonable price. I cannot thank you enough !

Charlie was great throughout the process. He stayed in constant communication to let us know when he could come out and when he would be here. Not only was he accessible for your phone… he was very transparent about the cost, he included the details of what was involved in that cost. The repairs look great on the side of the house, and he showed up exactly when he said he would and communicated throughout the process… simply cannot recommend Charlie and SOS siding repair enough

Charlie called to notify of his arrival. He showed up ready to work and completed the repair with no problems. I would use his services again he did a good job.
