Charlie came out and repaired my siding after I had a deck removed. He is very friendly and professional. He did an excellent job and in the time he said it would take. Price was reasonable as well. I won’t hesitate to have him back to do other repair work.
I reached out to Charlie from SOS for some repairs that were behind my vinyl siding and caused water damage. Charlie came out, assess the damage and work gave me a very reasonable estimate and then we coordinated on a scheduled day for the work to be completed. SOS did a fantastic job repairing some water damage on the OSB boards behind the vinyl siding and put a new vent on the side of the house. I I recommend SOS for vinyl siding type work and I will reach out to them again for any other home siding work.
Unprofessional and unethical business Charlie, the owner of SOS Siding Repair Group, has demonstrated unprofessional and unethical behavior. Initially, he made confident promises to repair a few small areas of our siding and took a 20% deposit. However, he repeatedly delayed the start date and eventually ghosted us. Despite taking measurements of our siding boards, he purchased the wrong size and refused to return them.
