My prior experience with Sam was great. He helped me with a few small jobs so when my engine blew up, why not. Worse mistake I’ve made. Several connections were either not snapped in or broken. The ground wire wasn’t tight, caps weren’t tightened, no test drive, codes weren’t cleared and parts left off the car. Took my vehicle to them twice, and they did not fix the original problem. I've spent too much money to trust them a 3rd time.
