They did an excellent job carpet cleaning the 3 bedroom carpets, the hallway, and the staircase in our Huntingdon Valley home. The carpets were very soiled, light in color, and had not been professionally cleaned in a long time, but they came out looking almost like new again. Randall was amazing. We had just bought a new home in Huntingdon Valley, and after the sale we realized the carpets had heavy pet urine odor and visible stains in nearly every room. The smell became very noticeable right before move-in, and it was clear the carpet needed deep cleaning right away. We called Sos Rug Cleaning, and Randall came out the same day. Our carpets had heavy stains and strong odors, but after the cleaning service they looked refreshed and smelled much better. Thomas was very responsive and took great care to give every room a thorough carpet cleaning. He clearly explained the best way to care for our type of carpet, how to handle everyday spots, and how to help keep the fibers looking clean between visits.
