During a very heavy rainstorm on a Sunday evening, our dining room ceiling began leaking…not a drip but a constant stream of water everywhere. I called Evan first thing Monday morning and he came out within a few hours and assessed the situation. He found a large crack in the caulk around the flashing and filled in the gaps. We were preparing to leave for a 10 day trip when this happened. His quick and thorough response gave us great peace of mind. We will definitely use SOS again.

They finished the roof on my house in a timely manner, but did quite a poor job (see pictures). I've got at least one exposed nail and ripped/uneven shingles all over the place. On top of that they took almost 3 weeks to come back and do my shed roof which took no more than a few hours and should've been done the same day or at least same week as the house. The crew manager is VERY difficult to get to responses from and am still waiting to hear back about the poor job. He's nice in person but not great at communicating.
