S.O.S. was incredibly responsive to a water leak in our basement, getting a team out there within hours to immediately assess and begin mitigation efforts. We had a catastrophic water heater burst and it flooded our basement. The team at SOS of John, Nico and Anthony were the epitome of professional. My husband and I had SOS come in for an insurance claim. Our kitchen/laundry space flooded slightly after we just moved in (literally within 2 weeks of closing) and we were rattled with the fact we would have to make our first homeowners claim. We thought this would be a simple process, but it turned out to be anything but! Our house is small (850 square feet) so we were told by our contractor that this job would be accomplished in a month, yet the job took almost 5.5 months to complete. I cant say enough about the amazing work SOS did to repair a damaged ceiling and wall in my bathroom due to a leak from my ac unit in the attic. They arrived on time, finished the job in one day and it’s very obvious they take pride in their work. Not one speckle of dust was left behind, and even thought my bathroom is less than 2 years old I actually think the walls look better now then before. Walls are smooth and seamless! Could not recommend them more! Thank you SOS. You rock!
