My husband and I had SOS come in for an insurance claim. Our kitchen/laundry space flooded slightly after we just moved in (literally within 2 weeks of closing) and we were rattled with the fact we would have to make our first homeowners claim. We thought this would be a simple process, but it turned out to be anything but! I cant say enough about the amazing work SOS did to repair a damaged ceiling and wall in my bathroom due to a leak from my ac unit in the attic. They arrived on time, finished the job in one day and it’s very obvious they take pride in their work. Not one speckle of dust was left behind, and even thought my bathroom is less than 2 years old I actually think the walls look better now then before. Walls are smooth and seamless! Could not recommend them more! Thank you SOS. You rock!

When we had a heating pipe burst in our home, SOS was at our house that night assessing the damage. They were very kind during this stressful time. They were clear and upfront with what they would be doing and what their timeline would be. I greatly appreciate their phone call check-ins during the drying process as well. When they were demoing our ceiling and floors, they took time to clean any mess, even in the garage. Not that I want another pipe to burst, but if it ever does happen, I will be calling SOS again.
