Sent contact form on a Sunday afternoon for a problem at our church, received a response from Sean within half an hour—on a Sunday! He quoted a rate, which was fair and accurate, and had two techs there, Tate and Bryce, the next day as promised. The guys were great to work with, had our problem diagnosed within 15 minutes, gave us a quote for repair and ordered the part for installation next week. We look forward to working with them going forward!

We cannot recommend Tate and SOS Refrigeration highly enough! When our restaurant hood unexpectedly went down, we were in a serious bind. Bryce was our service tech and the owner showed up as well. Our system is temporarily fixed while waiting on parts to be delivered. Great job detailing everything to us and explaining what they did and how they will still come back to get us in tip top shape. Very pleasant and professional to work with. Definitely will recommend them to my neighbors and community.
