Dealt with them for the first time. Only needed a Toro snowblower key, but they treated me as if I was buying the snowblower itself. Even called me to let me know when the key was in. It only took 3 days, which was a pleasant surprise. Great experience.

Great experience dealing with John at S.O.S Power Sales. My snow machine needed to be repaired. I e-mailed SOS and John got back to me within 24 hours. He explained the costs just to pick up the unit and to look at it. When he had it taken apart, he called and thoroughly explained what was wrong, what needed to be repaired and what could wait for a later time. My Honda Snowblower was acting up, in that, it started to leak oil. I feared a massive repair bill. I brought it to SOS and within a week had an estimate for a full repair. Turned out that it was not what I suspected. They also did a once over and made minor adjustments and repairs. They also did price was fair and for the individual who complained about the 195$ up front, you can’t expect them to do it free can you? I will be going back with any further issues.
