I have in ground pool needed a new liner David came with catalog and samples of the liner, explain the process. From the moment we place the order and installation was 2 weeks the new liner came out beautiful very happy with it,Highly recommended

Needed a new liner for my above ground pool and I Ordered the liner from SOS pools, David was very helpful with choosing it and now my pool looks perfect very happy highly recommended
David had me purchase a liner based on his recommendation that was too big for my pool. The company doesn't return or exchange. He refuses to refund me the cost of the liner and now I'm out $850. The whole time I dealt with David over phone and text, not once did he come to see the pool until he was notified that the new liner was too big. Very rude and unprofessional. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN YOU'LL BE OUT OF ALOT OF MONEY AND TIME.
