I contacted them based on my neighbors recommendation. They did snake and it cleared the drain in the basement but then four days later it clogged up again. I am not the type that complains readily but I called them back at least five times and no response. They took the money and ran.
These guys are great, I had a drain leak under my kitchen floor, (slab floor with no craw space) and they came out and did the job in one day, busting the concrete up, fixing the leak, and then pouring the concrete back..these people are pros and know what they are doing. Great company - had plumbing problems putting in a new dishwasher - called and they came out when they said they would (which was same day) - fixed the problem right away and was charged exactly what I was quoted on the phone. Thanks will call again if needed.
