I’ve been attending PT here since August and genuinely liked the team and the care I received early on. What ultimately pushed me to leave was how a very serious situation with another patient was handled by management. During a recent appointment, another patient made several inappropriate comments, including racial slurs and remarks directed at the young women working and at me. The staff is friendly and helpful, but not well-versed in therapies or modalities. I am not a fan of Jeff. I used this business because my house is a mile away. When I first sought treatment, it was for my rotator cuff. The exercises were helpful and my program ended as expected. Jeff told me he was holding a peanut brittle competition and the entry was $100, but for me he'd waive the fee. I have to agree with the low ratings on here. They overbilled my insurance for pool and sometimes I wouldn't even see the therapist at all but would get charged the same amount????? Will not be returning.

Make sure you are reviewing your EOB's from your insurance. This place was charging my medicaid 5 plus units of "Aquatic Therapy" when I was only in the pool for 30 minutes. I will be letting medicaid know!
