The staff is friendly and helpful, but not well-versed in therapies or modalities. I am not a fan of Jeff. I used this business because my house is a mile away. When I first sought treatment, it was for my rotator cuff. The exercises were helpful and my program ended as expected. Jeff told me he was holding a peanut brittle competition and the entry was $100, but for me he'd waive the fee. I have to agree with the low ratings on here. They overbilled my insurance for pool and sometimes I wouldn't even see the therapist at all but would get charged the same amount????? Will not be returning.
Make sure you are reviewing your EOB's from your insurance. This place was charging my medicaid 5 plus units of "Aquatic Therapy" when I was only in the pool for 30 minutes. I will be letting medicaid know!
The only reason my doctor referred me to this PT is because of their pool. To my surprise the humidifier has been broken since the day I started PT. There is a huge tube exposed in the pool area
