It was easy to schedule an appointment quickly. Informed that I would be notified ahead of time about any co-pay amount after they check with my insurance company! Receptionist was very friendly and cheerful! Loved the fact that their office is right across from my Orthopaedic Doctor!
I had a wonderful experience with SOS. They have always given me accurate information regarding my insurance and diagnosis so far. Also, their staff is friendly and compassionate for the most part. Chris is an awesome physical therapist who cares about his patients.
