Damian was very helpful and attentive to our needs. He did not try to upsell. Will definitely recommend The Big Mattress Outlet. We have been to several places and this was best experience- from the shopping to the delivery and installation! They all have gone above and beyond!
I came into the store to get an idea of pricing & options and walked out with a new mattress. The salesman was patient while I asked questions. I didn’t feel pressured. I would definitely purchase from this store again.
I despise going shopping for anything, but had to get a mattress. Big Mattress Outlet was our first stop, and upon entering was greeted and helped right away. They had what we needed, and at a great price. The best part was Joe making it like buying from a friend, not a stranger, will definitely be back when in need.
Beautiful store and sales reps were very well educated and patient. Best mattress store ever, we went to 10 stores . Damian and Kelly were the best!
