Walnut Town homes were infested with roaches and mice. They continuously told me they were fixing the issue but neither got better. Rob can be very hostile when he doesn’t agree with you. I have rented three times from them and they have been there to help he every time I have had a problem the maintenance workers are amazing they are nice and hardworking and Rob the owner has personally helped me get into a good affordable house for my family of 5 they are amazing the ladies in the office are so nice and sweet would 10000% recommendations to everyone if your looking for a place to live check them out
Wonder maintenances crew, quick response time, and friendly staff who are there to help! Not many businesses will work after hours to fix a problem, but these guys will! Definitely recommend!
Terrible terrible money greedy people!! They will cover up mold and broken things just to sell a house. The most laziest land lords I have ever heard anyone talk about around the Cassville area own this office. They will do ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING TO SELL A HOUSE TO YOU.
