Have been a customer for 3 years, they are the best!
HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPENSIVE. Series of episodes of alarms going off. Not in one day but over MONTHS. Service person was supposed to show up and missed multiple appointments. Local police and fire departments repeatedly at our home for no reason except system malfunction. Negative value add in my opinion. There are better alternatives. DO NOT USE SOS!

We have been an SOS customer for 15 years on our summer home. We usually get good service, but the service that we experience last week was nothing short of fantastic. The office called to confirm the appointment the morning of, and I had to change the time. They accommodated me without a problem! The technician arrived and was professional, explained exactly what he was doing, and taught me how to use the phone app. He had some extra time and proceeded to clean my smoke detectors for free.
