The crew was super chill, explained what was going on and even fixed a noisy roller while they were at it. Pricing was fair, and they really know their stuff. I regret using this garage door service due to the poor experience. The installation was rushed and lacked quality control. The door started showing issues within days. Communication was not clear. Customer support did not provide a proper solution. The experience was frustrating. I would not use this company again.

I’m in Florida and had to call SOS Garage Door Repair for my sister in Garden City, NY when her garage door got stuck in the middle of the night and wouldn’t close. They arrived quickly, fixed the issue on the spot (broken spring), and were very professional. Great service, fast response, and fair price — highly recommend!

We had an issue with our garage door on Sunday at 4pm. By 6pm they came to review it and help us get my car out. By Tuesday at 6pm we had 2 new garage doors and all the parts installed and working great. We are in Nassau county. Would 100 percent recommend.
