Mathew was great to work with, he helped my son recover from a serious ankle injury and get back on to the footy field in a measured and very thorough approach . My son found the sessions enjoyable and the ongoing exercises manageable . The knowledge he gained from the sessions gave him a great understanding of how his body heals & realistic time frames for return to activity . Highly recommended!
Matt was great help and knowledgeable as he helped me progress back to running from a femur stress reaction (12-14 weeks of rehab). His background in competitive running was reassuring, as well as providing a structured weight training program to be able to begin running again and preventing further injuries from occurring.
