I'm happy to be writing this review for Ronaldo and the team at SOS Electric. Their customer service is really on point and whenever someone came to my home, they were clear and concise as to what service they would be performing. I think all-in-all, the fact that they are easy to schedule is really the best part. I know many electricians in Marin have gotten too big and just can't handle the capacity. ** updated** Record-keeping updated and invoice corrected with a personal followup. Excellent serviceman, on-time and efficient (though still having to charge minimum fee $275 without fixing a second problem); invoice paid on-site day of service.
He did the entire installation of World Green Açaí and we never had any problems in 5 years.
Ronaldo and the SOS Electric team are awesome. They did a fantastic job replacing the main electrical panel on our restaurant . We were so grateful Ronaldo saw our project through. It's always a pleasure to work with them. Highly recommend SOS!
Excellent work, done well and cleaned up after themselves. Always on time and fair priced. We have used sos for large jobs and small fixes. I highly recommend them.
