Unreliable plumber. Promised to come in the morning but arrived hours late.
I called this plumber for a simple leak, But they showed up hours late! Charged extra without explaining why, And left water all over my floor. The repair didn’t even last a day. I tried calling back—no response. Very poor customer service overall. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone
Called SOS drain cleaning over a clogged main sewer/drain line and we're so glad we did. Shannon our tech arrived and had it cleared all in a few hours, fantastic company, professional, reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to call them again if needed.
SOS are amazing, they are very well priced, as compared with the bigger drain cleaning companies, the bigger companies offered to take longer and be more expensive. SOS was available right away, they were quick and efficient, with very friendly and talented staff. Would recommend.
