SOS Drain Cleaning came to our store to fix a problem in our grease trap caused by the company we previously used for cleanings not doing their job properly—probably for years! Personally I had too hear bandage but honestly why couldn't he have snaked more than he did Now its backing up in my downstairs toilet and tub I will not post pictures because it so gross My headache I can't afford any other services what they recommended was high I can't afford the price but they keep calling me back what I want to know why couldn't he of snaked more he was kind and friendly but right now I am working they call me honestly I am so tired about this

The 2 experienced Plumbers(Mark and Shannon) who assessed our blockage of our drain were professional and explained in detail the conditions of our drain blockage ..They were supportive and had solution focused companies that could complete this expensive job.

Shannon was great and professional. Called ahead to let us know when she'll arrive and arrived on time. While doing her job she kept her work area nice and clean. She cleared out all the blockages and advised us on what to watch out for in the future. Reinstalled the toilet and made sure that nothing is leaking or backing up. Thank you for a wonderful service. Wife and I would recommend this company and Shannon.
