I selected SOS to help solve our drain problem based upon great web site, excellent reviews on Google and elsewhere, locally owned. It wasn't an urgent problem, so I left a service request on the web site over the weekend. Britt called first thing Monday am, and we had tech scheduled for that same afternoon.
