Had a ducti monster 620 instrument panel get water damage, unfortunately the dash is tied to the ignition, injectors and required 3 keys to replace. SOS transferred the mileage from my old instrument panel to the new one, and made me a 3rd (to match with the existing red and black) key. They were quick and thorough, in both the repair, communication, and packaging of my Update: I ended up using them a second time a couple years later to program new keys for a smart car I bought at auction.
The worst service of my life. They programmed something that worked well, but they didn't do what they had to program and they didn't return my money. Without a doubt, the worst place and service I could have ever had. I ended up paying much more at the agency, but they were able to help me.
Had no keys to a Ducati 1199, dealer said $2000+. I said I heard of these guys SOS Diagnostics, they can do it for a fraction of that. Dealer laughed at me and said good luck, we will see you back here when you need your keys. Sent my ignition into SOS, and my keys are on the way! Whoever gave these guys a bad review is a Karen, these guys are absolute pros at what they do! Highly highly recommend! For those saying let’s see the bike turn on, here

My key fob would no longer unlock my door. Used my key, but the car alarm went off, and I couldn't start the car. I got a new battery for the fob. No luck. Got the fob cleaned. No luck. Was Referred to SOS Locksmith where Sean discovered the connection pad in the fob was worn out. He replaced it, tested it, and said it should work. Elsewhere, I had been told I would probably have to have it towed to the dealership. Sean was right. It worked! Quick, easy, and inexpensive fix!!!!! Love it and live them! Thank you, Sean!
