I was very impressed with SOS Restoration from first contact to final completion. Their staff stayed in touch, letting me know when a technician would arrive to prepare an estimate, then in sending me the contract once I'd agreed on the cost, and again in letting me know the arrival day and time of the technician for mold removal and cleanup.
