The polite office staff will take all of your information on the phone, and 'promise' that someone will return your phone call and consultation request. Then, in typical Ozark fashion, NO RETURN CALL, nothing happens and you need to start all over with another company. Seriously. Don't waste your time.
Without question the best customer service we have experienced at the Lake since moving here in 2013. Lynetta was the most helpful and responsive person we have seen. Will not hesitate to continue our business with SOS. The other dock companies we reached out to have been crickets since the initial contact.
