The team sent to my house was a disaster. They refused to wear a mask during the time they were in my house. Their supervisor didnt want to help, he apparently agrees that wearing a mask for 3 hrs is too much ! I would have kick them out but half the bath was already sanded. I felt trapped. To add to the mess, I saw one of the employee vaping in my house. They were arguing between them all morning, blasting music and we found two razors blade on the ground in the bathroom ( we did tell them we have young children). The job i... read more
