Tried calling them, couldn't leave voicemail since voicemail is full. No other way to get a hold of them. Wondering if they are out of business.

They arrive on time and get the job done! Pleasant to deal with.
Our fridge stopped working, and we don't have a backup. From a web search I determined it was the main control board. I called a few other appliance repair shops, and was told it would be a few days at best before they could fit us in. Then I called SOS, talked to Jeanette, and Chad was able to procure the replacement board and install it the same day, for a reasonable price. I will not hesitate to call SOS Appliance Repair in the future.
