Very friendly when getting a quote. No customer service as promised once installed in May, 2025. We get blamed: user error for an intermittent issue. Due to lack of customer service, we had the equipment taken out in October, 2025 and did a conversion with a business we were with for 40 years. They had been sold but their worker went on their own. We know how to press a button on/off. Defective system and SOS won’t even come back. We were sent a message we were harassing him (for service). Had to incur another big charge to ... read more

SOS Alarms, Inc. recently installed our home security system in December, 2018. Brandon O'Brien was very knowledgeable, efficient, and personable throughout the installation process. We even added smokes and carbon monoxide detectors that are also monitored by the service. We LOVE the peace of mind that our new system affords us, especially in this day and age!
