I got there package deal from sos they set everything up .have login problems to site never could see cameras I called them they got it to work next day could not log in called tech he said he see if there having service problems with there main frame said he call me back never did.so I haven't been able to login sense late sept its now December so am tired of this having them pull system and there going to charge me for the 3 year contract.nice folks crappy service not wise to use them
I thought ADT was bad, but SOS takes the cake for incompetence.
