I wanted to thank you SOS JR Sanders, so much for coming straight out when my brand new AC/HEAT UNIT has been installed wrong BY USING ANOTHER COMPANY “AirSouth AC/Heating out of Jackson, MS” they left me with a very dangerous situation…A LIVE 220 opened yellow wire that did expose all 3 wire about 5-6” long sticking out fully exposed, this live 220 wire was just laying across my unit inside attic! We have had no heat for three straight days with the interior house temp hovering at 47 degrees. We called our usual licensed repairman Monday and he told us he would be out today (Wednesday) but when we followed up he basically said something had come out and couldn’t get to us but would try for tomorrow.
