We have had no heat for three straight days with the interior house temp hovering at 47 degrees. We called our usual licensed repairman Monday and he told us he would be out today (Wednesday) but when we followed up he basically said something had come out and couldn’t get to us but would try for tomorrow. This was the second time using SOS and both times he came out quickly and within just a few minutes he had our AC working again. We highly recommend SOS. Very efficient and knowledgeable . He had a busy Saturday schedule but he made time to work us in.

Mr. Sanders came out so quickly, and diagnosed the problem as a simple capacitor (probably blown out by lightning) and got me cooling again right away. Very helpful and honest.
