Very educated and very insightful. Definitely know what they are talking about to give you peace of mind. I had my furnace break down and Stanley was there to help get it back and running in no time. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone in need of their service. Prices are reasonable too which is a plus in today’s Market.
I couldn't be happier with the service I received from SOS Air. My furnace broke overnight during a major heatwave, taking out my thermostat and ac. I called SOS as they were recommended by a neighbour. While on the phone, Stanley walked me through taking some pictures and identifying the exact make and model of some of the suspect equipment. Ozzy was great! Our A/C tapped out and we called in the morning and he was there by the evening. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable service. We plan to contact them again for future work on our cottage. We have also recommended them to others and the consensus is the same – excellent and would recommend.
Stanley did a great job diagnosing and fixing our AC. He took the time to investigate the issue and found a failed capacitor. He had the right tools to test it and replace it. He came with spare capacitors to try out. He carefully installed the new one and the AC has been working great for a few days. Thanks again!
