Best service in GTA, Stanley and Amin are kind and knowledgeable. They go beyond the scope of their work (install the new water heater) to advise me about other issues that they spotted for us about our furnace. I had a great experience with SOSAIR when they helped me with my furnace. Osmin and Stan were extremely knowledgeable and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They took the time to explain the issue and made sure everything was properly resolved. What I really appreciated was their honesty and customer service. Very educated and very insightful. Definitely know what they are talking about to give you peace of mind. I had my furnace break down and Stanley was there to help get it back and running in no time. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone in need of their service. Prices are reasonable too which is a plus in today’s Market.
I couldn't be happier with the service I received from SOS Air. My furnace broke overnight during a major heatwave, taking out my thermostat and ac. I called SOS as they were recommended by a neighbour. While on the phone, Stanley walked me through taking some pictures and identifying the exact make and model of some of the suspect equipment. Ozzy was great! Our A/C tapped out and we called in the morning and he was there by the evening. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable service. We plan to contact them again for future work on our cottage. We have also recommended them to others and the consensus is the same – excellent and would recommend.
