Service slow even do was a very slow night and the food is not that good was missing the rich flavors of the italian food

After a long day at the waterpark, we loved having a delicious Italian sit down restaurant inside Kalahari Resort! My girls love pizza and pasta so this was PERFECT! On the day we went, no reservation needed and not crowded at all, we got seated right away. My girls and I ordered pepperoni pizza, shrimp scampi pasta, pasta bolognese, and margharita pizza. I was really disappointed with this experience. The pasta itself was okay, but the Alfredo sauce was extremely watery and tasted like it came straight from a jar or can instead of being made fresh. The grilled chicken also didn’t seem freshly cooked it tasted like pre-cooked frozen grilled chicken that had just been reheated. Yulennil was an excellent waitress. She was very friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect during our meal. Her service was outstanding, and she made us feel welcome. I would definitely come back because of her great attitude and professionalism. Highly recommended!
