Horrible service. For a long time, the physicians assistant acted like the doctor. Rarely, did a patient see a doctor. Dr. Sortino quit and there is a new doctor - however, it is impossible to get an appointment - rather they refer you to urgent care or the ER. If you do get in, clear your calendar as you will be waiting all day.
Excellent staff and doctor, I have never had a physician spend as much time with me as Dr. Sortino does. He truly values, respects and cares about the patients. I highly recommend this office!
Worst Dr. visit Of my life a few months back I came in to get a regular check up, upon walking into the office George Sorontino asked me to pay 170$ owed from previous visit I asked why and he stated the insurance I had they didn’t take then he went on to say it’s my fault they don’t know what insurance companies they do and don’t accept then demanded the 170$ again, I then told him I wouldn’t lu it and that’s when he started getting nasty. They don’t respect the appointment hours, apparently overbooking and not informimg and irriyating the waiting patients of realistic wait times. They offer a “concierge” service which, at a cost, allows the patient immediate service while regular parients come second.
Very friendly staff. Clean office. Good doctor.
