Joe and his team built a custom home for us this year. The process was seamless. Everyone we worked with throughout the process was professional and the communication was fantastic. We were able to see the process a step at a time, and if we ever changed our mind on something they always accommodated. We appreciated Joes transparency and honesty. We even came in under budget. Joe, Nick, Dan and their team at Sortino properties are amazing. From the first time we seen joes neighborhood in whistlers cove we kept coming back and saying we have to build. We talked to many different builders and still Sortino properties houses stood out above the rest. They met everything we wanted in a house and their floor plans are extremely customizable. They make the process seamless and easy. They treat you like family and l would recommend anyone to build with them.
