I supported my vulnerable disability client visit to see Dr T. today, a follow up to a previous appointment as Dr did not follow the OT's request whatsoever. Dr appeared disinterested, dispassionate and completely lacking in due care and diligence - couldn't even be gracious that I did most of his work for him, in pre-filling a simple referral document. He barely addressed my client at all during the consult, further exacerbating clients heightened anxiety. Avoid.
By far the worst medical centre I’ve ever been to!! I would try to avoid Terry the receptionist at all costs.. I received the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from this lady. coming from someone who works in customer service it’s really disappointing! It shouldn’t be that big of a deal having to cancel an appointment after waiting 50 mins in the waiting room to see your doctor.. People do have other things to do/get to.
I'm a patient there for 1 1/2 year and every time is the same bad Service bad treatments just trying to give me every time lot of medication. I'm finished with them.
Dr Samer was a lovely doctor. She made me comfortable and ensured I was well informed about my health care. Thank you Dr Samer. Reception staff are friendly and ready to help.
