Bought a home built by Sorrells. We wanted to replace few light fixtures. Come to find out, not a single light had a junction box. Just wired, stuck through the Sheetrock. The lights were actually hung with screws drilled through the Sheetrock into the studs. The inspection didn’t see it, we never even thought to look for it. Now it’s up to me to get a nice house up to code.
