Did a great job replacing my windshield for half the price a place in Iowa City quoted me.
Informed me of the process to make requested repair. Clearly experienced, and very professional.
My windshield leaked and needed to be repaired right after Sorrel Glass replaced it and the guy tried to tell me the water marks from the new leak were old, even as I was pointing out where all the leaking was coming from. Then he said he would put my vehicle outside that evening so I could pick it up since he wouldn't be there (which I agreed to with no issues) and when I got there to pick it up, all of the doors were locked and my vehicle was locked inside the shop.
