Very poor communication skills. Instead of them taking a couple of minutes out of their workday to call me to let me know something about my medication that I have needed for over a week now, I have to, "Chase Them Down" to find out information, all just to hear excuses. Maybe you have too many patients to take care of, or is it just not important enough for you to communicate with your patients? Either way it's not good!
This place is a joke! First time I went there had an appointment for 11:00am ,had to wait 35 minutes to see the Dr. ,ok not to bad .Next appointment in 2 wks. blew my phone up with reminders not to be late ,and calls. Last message , for me to come early my appointment is at 11:15 I got there at 10:50 , waited,waited , meanwhile,I counted 7 other patients come in and go back to see the Dr. ,11:50 rolls around and enough is enough ! I tell the receptionist if they are that busy to reschedule me ,I stand there another 5 minutes... read more
