They got the job done and I am grateful for the work of the doctor and medical team. My complaint is about the main receptionist. She booked a follow up appointment with me and when I arrived the office was closed. When I called and said so, she said, "Where did you go?" I replied, to the same office I have come twice this summer to get my dental surgery. Without apologizing she told me that the office location had closed two weeks ago. a really good place
Rebecca great job scheduling my appointment and explaining the procedure that I am to have done. When checking in for my appointment Madison assisted me and was helpful and friendly. Dr.Boeriu checked my problem and explained what needed to be done within five minutes. Thank you everyone and will see you on May 13 at 8:30 am.
They waited until after all procedures were done to say they don’t take our insurance. Went to cover the costs with our HSA card and they wouldn’t accept that either. Feel free to go here if you want to get robbed.
I just left Dr. Boeriu's office. Of course I had an issue with my tooth and he and his staff were GREAT! Dr. Boeriu and his staff could see I was very nervous and they took great care of me! If I ever need oral surgery again, I would 100% go back! (I hope to not have to go back however!!)
