I was unaware I was supposed to undergo a nerve shock test, and a poking of a needle to address my Carpal tunnel issue. The intern/aide was polite, talkative and demonstrated 101 Patient Care. On the other hand, this Alexandra Caminero lady sensitivity and patient care was horrible. She showcased no empathy, no genuine concern, and had the audacity to say, "well you don't have to do it if you don't want to". I came into Dr. Soriano’s office after waiting three months for my appointment, detailing the reasons why I needed to come in, and taking my PTO to come in and paying $80 copay to see a specialist through my insurance. She completely ignored my illnesses and the fact that I forget basic information and have trouble recalling experiences, finding words, or remembering basic facts.
