Highly recommended! Fernando and his team painted the exterior of my house in Sacramento bringing it back to life. He spent extra time looking at every detail on the property to ensure all areas that needed attention were addressed. Other larger name companies send out estimators who looked at the house for 10 minutes while Fernando spent 45 minutes checking every detail. His prices are fair and the workmanship is excellent. Fernando and his crew are world class. Hard working team with meticulous work administered, respectful of the property. Honest, punctual, communicative. True professionals. They underwent the process thoroughly: resetting boards, replacing dry-rot, sanding, sealing, caulking, priming, painting, etc. Their original quote for the work never changed, and any additional dry-rot that was found that needed repair was communicated with a $ quote. I got several quotes before choosing Soria. I had a good feeling about them and I was right. They were honest, fair, friendly and professional. They painted both my house and my mom’s house. Fernando and his crew were simply amazing! They are not only exceptional at painting and licensed professionals, but they are good people. From the time I got an estimate to the final day of the job, my expectations were exceeded. They showed up when they said they would and cleaned up each day. I highly recommend Soria Painting! They recently painted the main interior (kitchen, dining room, living room, hallways, and office) of my home and it looks so gorgeous. I doubt it even looked this nice when the place was knew. They had really good communication and during the estimate Fernando went over expectations, planned colors, and different options. His whole crew was professional and excellent at both the prep work and painting. The original projected painting time was right on target too.
